The Program
This year, the Greater Lantana Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the 2026–2027 Leadership Program.
The Leadership Program is a seven-month-long experience designed to educate, inspire, and connect emerging and established leaders. Through dynamic workshops, behind-the-scenes tours, and meaningful dialogue with key decision-makers, participants gain firsthand insight into the forces shaping our region—from business and government to nonprofits and civic life. This is more than a program—it’s your gateway to becoming a more informed, engaged, and empowered leader in Palm Beach County.

Program Eligibility
The Greater Lantana Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program is open to current and emerging leaders who are actively engaged in the Lantana and Lake Worth Beach business communities. Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to community involvement, leadership development, and active participation in all program activities. Class size is limited to 40 participants to ensure an intimate and impactful learning environment.
Participants meet for a full day each month from October to March and will travel by bus to different locations.
Additional Information
The dress attire is business casual.
Please have breakfast before you arrive; you will be provided with lunch. If you have a special diet, please bring food with you.

Non-Members and late fee: $400 After September 19, 2026
This includes all sessions, bus transportation, meals, supplies, and related expenses. (All fees are non-refundable).
